What's Covered

This warranty covers:
- Defects in materials or workmanship in silicone hoses and couplers
- Cracking, splitting, or failure under normal and intended use

Warranty Conditions

To qualify for warranty coverage:
- You must be the original purchaser of the product
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, invoice, or receipt)
- The product must have been properly installed and used for its intended purpose

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., surface discoloration, cosmetic aging)
- Damage caused by improper installation, modification, or misuse
- Products used in racing, competition, off-road, or extreme environments
- Damage from oil-based contaminants, coolants, or non-compatible fluids
- Clamps, aluminum tubing, rubber hoses, or any non-silicone parts

How to File a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at orders@intakehoses.com with:
- Proof of purchase
- Photos of the product and issue
- A brief description of the failure or defect

We may request the product be returned for inspection. Shipping costs for warranty returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Resolution

If a silicone product is found to be defective, we will, at our discretion, provide:
- A free replacement, or
- Store credit equal to the original purchase price (excluding shipping/taxes)

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with delivering the replacement product.

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
It does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Intake Hoses reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility and final resolution.

Any advice we give or comments we make should not be construed as approval of any certain application - you are still responsible for the proper use of any of our products.

IF YOU ARE IN ANY DOUBT AS TO THE PROPER COURSE OF ACTION, CONTACT THE VEHICLE MANUFACTURER, FOLLOW ALL RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE VEHICLE MANUFACTURER, AND USE ONLY PRODUCTS APPROVED BY THE VEHICLE MANUFACTURER.

Since the type of products we sell are used to modify and customize vehicles, we cannot be held responsible if such modification or customization does not meet the specifications of the vehicle manufacturer. In addition, YOU are responsible for the proper inspection, cleaning and fit of any parts you get from us. It only takes a little dirt or a small leak to damage your engine. Make sure there are no leaks in your system, including leaks in any of the parts themselves, which would include any parts you get from us.

Fit is important - if it doesn't fit right, DON'T USE IT. Items that show up damaged must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Items that are damaged from being forced to fit will not be refunded.
