Filling Your Order:
In most cases, your order ships the day after the day we receive it.
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, except for air shipments, which are given automatic priority. Cutoff for FedEx Air shipments is 12:00 Noon Pacific Time. Cutoff for UPS air shipments is 1:45 PM Pacific Time.
Our system does not handle backorders well, so if you order items that are not currently in stock, we will need to contact you for further instructions. Please give us your phone number when you place your order. That way, we can immediately resolve any problems that crop up.
In any case, we will make every reasonable effort to get your order to you when you need it.

We are closed on the "Big Six" Holidays plus the day after Thanksgiving and the nearest Friday or Monday if the Holiday falls on a weekend:
New Years Day (or Friday the 31st if New Years Day falls on Saturday; Monday the 2nd if it falls on Sunday)
Memorial Day (always the fourth Monday in May)
July 4th (or Friday July 3rd if the 4th falls on Saturday; Monday July 5th if the 4th falls on Sunday)
Labor Day (always the first Monday in September)
Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Day (or Friday the 24th if Christmas falls on Saturday; Monday the 26th if Christmas falls on Sunday)
We also tend to quit a few hours early on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
We currently accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal automatically via the web store. Sorry, we cannot accept checks. For large customers that have a business account with us, checks are acceptable for payment on the account. WE DO NOT SHIP COD - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Our default shipping methods are UPS, FedEx and Postal. You may request a different shipping method by emailing us before or immediately after placing your order.
UPS cannot ship to PO boxes.
You will be emailed a tracking number by our system at our End-of-Day and by UPS or USPS when your package enters their system, plus tracking numbers are available on the web store by the end of the day.
WE DO NOT SHIP COD - NO EXCEPTIONS.
We also do not ship collect - all freight is "Pre-pay and Add".
UPS, FedEx and USPS "Service Guarantee": In our experience, the shipping companies seem to imply that you will receive a refund of your Shipping Fee if anything goes wrong during the shipment. THAT IS NOT THE CASE. Their exact policy is available online, and it generally only applies to instances where company-owned equipment fails. There is NO REFUND if the package is late due to weather or other delays outside of their control. In our experience almost all Service Guarantee claims will be DENIED.
Please be sure you enter your address correctly. If the shipping company can't find the address listed on your order, they will make an attempt to find the correct address. If they can't find the correct address, they will return the package to us. There will be fees for them to return the items to us. You will need to reimbuse us for the first shipment, and pay another shipping fee for us to re-send your package.
By placing an order with us, you agree to this stipulation.
If any shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, or is refused, you agree to pay for any return shipping costs.
Normally stocked items are returnable with no restock charge. You must pay the freight to return the item to us. You must include a copy of your order along with your return. If you do not include a copy of your paperwork, we cannot process your return. Special-order, custom, or modified parts are not returnable. Any items returned must be in new, re-sellable condition. Returned parts cannot be scuffed up, especially gloss silicone hoses and carbon fiber. We do not sell used parts, so we can't accept previously-installed parts. Returns from orders more than five months old cannot be refunded for any reason.

IMPORTANT: Please be sure to include a copy of the original paperwork, a copy of the paperwork for any replacement order you made, and a note describing anything discussed on the phone (if applicable). If we receive a return without these items, the restock charge will be applied for sure. No return authorization number is needed.
Returns are expensive for any business. The average cost to process a return is around $13 - and that's just for the paperwork. Overstock issues, cleaning, storage, rework, etc. can increase that amount significantly. Our restock charge only partially covers the total cost of processing the return. We pay the rest.
If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM. Please email us immediately and we will have UPS issue a "Damage Call Tag". UPS will then pick the item up from your location and process a damage claim.
Returning freight-damaged items to us will delay or disqualify your refund.
We are not a manufacturer, and so do not offer a warranty of any kind, except that if you receive a defective product, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price of the product ONLY. Since the type of products we sell are used to modify and customize vehicles, we cannot be held responsible if such modification or customization does not meet the specifications of the vehicle manufacturer. In addition, YOU are responsible for the proper inspection, cleaning and fit of any parts you get from us. It only takes a little dirt or a small leak to damage your engine. Make sure there are no leaks in your system, including leaks in any of the parts themselves, which would include any parts you get from us.
Fit is important - if it doesn't fit right, DON'T USE IT.
Any advice we give or comments we make should not be construed as approval of any certain application - you are still responsible for the proper use of any of our products.
