Charge Air Cooler Hoses - Silicone

Silicone charge air cooler hoses are built for turbocharger and intercooler systems. Stainless steel reinforcing rings help each hose keep its shape under high boost and heat without collapsing, and the multi-ply silicone resists heat, pressure, and vibration while keeping airflow smooth.

Available from 2" to 5" ID in several lengths, including vehicle-specific hoses for Dodge and the Ford 3.5L EcoBoost. All are 4-ply. Gloss black and gloss blue hoses are rated to 350°F continuous, and aramid hoses are rated to 500°F. Each product page lists the recommended clamps.
